Job Brief
We’re in search of a skilled WordPress Designer who can expertly handle both the technical and creative aspects of website development. This role entails crafting WordPress themes and plugins, which demands a fusion of programming prowess.
The ideal candidate should possess a robust grasp of industry trends and content management systems. Proficiency in creating responsive and adaptable designs is highly valued. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of the entire web development process, spanning design, coding, and deployment, is considered advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Make new features and things that work on the website.
- Plan and guide how the website will be organized.
- Make sure the website works well and is available to people. Take care of the technical parts of the website system.
- Help create a design that works nicely and can change to fit different screens. Then, turn this design into themes and plugins that actually work on the website.
Applicant requirements
- Know about making things look good on the front of websites: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Have experience creating the parts people see on websites or web apps.
- Can design websites that look good on different devices.
- Can fix issues using tools like Firebug and Chrome inspector.
- Understand how changes to the way things look affect the website’s style across devices and browsers.
- Can turn designs into working website parts using HTML.
- Also, understand how to use PHP for the back-end part of making websites.
