Project Manager
Job Brief
We are currently seeking a proficient project manager to lead the management of our ongoing company projects. Your role will involve close collaboration with team members to guarantee the alignment of project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Among your responsibilities are delivering project milestones, crafting insightful status reports, and devising effective communication plans, all of which will be meticulously executed for project success.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare our team and resources, including help from other places, to do projects really well.
- Make sure projects are finished on time, not too big, and not too expensive.
- Figure out exactly what each project needs to do, and ask all the important people to make sure it can really happen.
- Make sure we have enough of everything we need and give them out properly.
- Plan out all the steps of the project so we can see how it’s going.
- Use the right ways to check and deal with any changes to the project’s plans, timing, and money.
- Check how well the project is doing using the right tools.
- Tell the bosses if we need more help or if something’s not right.
- Talk to the people who want the project and everyone involved.
- Think about what might go wrong during the project and find ways to stop that from happening.
- Build and keep good relationships with the people we’re working with from other companies.
- Write down all the important stuff about the project and keep it safe and organized.
Applicant requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or ERP project manager.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Understanding of ERP implementation.
- Experience overseeing a construction project.
- Budget management experience.
